Meet Eugenie.
Interior design has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I watched my mother transform any space into something truly beautiful and inspiring - a gift she still has today. Growing up in a home filled with bold colors and thoughtfully curated moments shaped my aesthetic, sparked my passion for design, and ultimately led me to start my own design firm.
After my 2nd daughter was born it was time to create a home for my own children to grow up and make memories in, so my husband and I started renovating our 1941 Cape-style home from top to bottom. I treated it like my design playground, obsessing over every detail to create a dynamic yet functional space for our family that reflects us—color, chaos, joy, and everything in between. What a delight it is watching my own daughters grow up in a home filled with a mix of old and new, vibrant patterns and pops of color. I often wonder if they feel the same way I did watching my own mom as a child…
I founded Eugenie Calderón Interiors so I can work with clients to create homes that are bold yet balanced — spaces that embrace vibrant design without overwhelming the eye, combining function, personality, and beauty in every detail.
*Full disclosure, if you’re color-shy or committed to a neutral palette, we might not be a good match—and that’s okay! My design philosophy is rooted in color, pattern, and personality. Sometimes that means starting with a blank canvas, but just as often, it means weaving in cherished pieces clients already own—blending old and new to create a space that feels fresh and full of life, while also being true to you!
